Mysteries and cats just seem to go hand-in-hand, don't they? Enjoy!

You pronounced my name just fine! Thanks for previewing DIE BUYING. If you read the book aloud to your cats, they can meet Fubar, EJ's rescue cat.

Thank you, Laura. I worried about that. You're welcome! I'll have to tell the cats about Fubar. My cats are all rescues, except for Dickens, whose mother was a pregnant stray who we adopted. He was born behind my bookshelves in the bedroom.

No wonder you named him Dickens! Born behind the bookshelves. Cute.

I had to mention that the titles of all the books this month seem to be twists of common terms. It amazes me sometimes that people can be so clever.

Yes, Sandie. He was named after Charles Dickens, not because he was a dickens. In fact, he's a very sweet cat who has never been a problem.

Isn't it unbelievable how people come up with those twists? I'm not that clever.
